I am very proud to teach at St. Matthew the Apostle Catholic School. I have been teaching at St. Matthew's since August of 2019. I love the sense of community that SMA offers. I also love the level of involvement from faculty, staff and parents. I have attended Catholic school throughout my life and I am very excited to work at a Catholic school that allows me to fully live out my faith everyday. I genuinely enjoy the experiences I have gained here and I believe these experiences have helped me to be the best teacher I can. I am excited to be part of your child’s kindergarten experience! I attended Archbishop Chapelle High School and I graduated in 2009. Afterwards, I attended Our Lady of Holy Cross College and I graduated in 2016 with my Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies. I have earned my teaching certificate in early childhood education. I have experience in teaching pre-kindergarten 2 and kindergarten. I have a passion for early childhood and truly feel I am living out my dream as a kindergarten teacher. My teaching philosophy is to teach my students in ways that allow them to grow spiritually, educationally, and socially.
