Ms. Lydia Dufresne
Lydia Dufresne graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of New Orleans in 2013.
She taught kindergarten at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Kenner for 6 years and then taught pre-k at St. Mary Magdalen for 3 years. Last year she also taught 5th grade religion in addition to pre-k. Lydia also serves as a youth minister for teens and young adults for the Catholic Charismatic Renewal of New Orleans, and has done so since 2009.
She is excited to begin her journey at St. Matthew as the middle school religion teacher, and is most looking forward to seeing how the Holy Spirit will move throughout the school community this year!
